I have been in the Real Estate Industry for over 10 years. My Career began here with California Capital. I have worked in several departments which include, Funding, Shipping/Post Closing, Quality Control and Loan Processing. I have held a Department of Real Estate license since 2005. I also am licensed with National Mortgage Licensing. In 2006, I began Originating Loans and have been working as a Loan Officer since then. This is something I truly enjoy.
I am happily married to Daniel Ramirez, my husband of 21 years. He is also a licensed Realtor. We have 2 children. My son Daniel is 20 years old. Daniel is currently serving in the United States Air Force which, I am very proud to say. My lovely daughter Sierra is 14 and a sophmore at Rancho Cucamonga High School.
God has blessed me tremendously and it gives me great pleasure when I can help a family realize their dream of homeownership. My knowledge in the Real Estate Lending Programs include Conventional, FHA and Several Down Payment Assistance Programs for 1st Time Homebuyers.
